About the TES Conference

The 4th International Conference and Workshop on Transactive Energy brings together representatives of government, industry, utilities, vendor organizations and academia who have an interest in advancing transactive energy. The term “transactive energy” refers to techniques for managing the generation, consumption or flow of electric power within an electric power system through the use of economic or market based constructs while considering grid reliability constraints.

Similar to the previous conferences, the event has a variety of activities for energy professionals, policy makers and anyone interested in the value revolution of intelligent electricity. The conference will feature keynote presentations and various interactive discussions with energy leaders on the application of transactive energy solutions to integrate and optimize various distributed resources. The show will also discuss standardization efforts to progress the market through demonstration level projects and toward commercialization.
